Read the txt.file with the tar. root password is the same as login-pw

No. There is no readme.txt file in the *.tar.
The only *.txt file inside the *.tar contains only the pw for user "ubuntu" not for "root". So what is the password for "root"?
When I do "su" I am asked for pw. Which pw should I enter?
